DEPRESSION ASSESSMENT (PHQ-9)

The PHQ-9 (Patient Health Questionnaire-9) is a self-assessment that is used to evaluate the severity of depression in adults. It consists of nine questions that ask about the frequency of various symptoms of depression over time. This can include feeling down, depressed, or hopeless. Having a lack of interest or pleasure in activities and experiencing changes in appetite or sleep. The PHQ-9 can also be used to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment for depression. By administering the PHQ-9 at regular intervals during treatment, healthcare providers can track changes in symptom severity and adjust treatment as needed. Our assessment below is anonymous and your results are only displayed on screen.
